Logins your practice controls
Our team works through named logins that your practice creates and can switch off at any time. Nothing is installed on your server, and no database password is handed over.
Only the access the work needs
We ask for logins to the parts of your systems the work needs, and nothing more.
No AI model on patient data
Our rule: no AI model reads your patients’ data. The steps that touch patient data are plain software, tested on made-up data.
No patient data through this site
This site has no forms and takes no files. Please don’t send patient information by email or through the booking page; it comes only after the agreement, through the logins you control.
No cookies, no trackers
This site sets no cookies. Page visits are counted without cookies or personal identifiers.
What we don’t claim
There is no official HIPAA certification, so we never claim one. We tell you exactly what we do, and the business associate agreement sets it down in writing.
