Where the money leaks

Claims rarely fail all at once. They slip at three points.

Before the visit

Coverage isn’t checked, so the claim goes out against a plan that won’t pay it.

We check eligibility at the insurer’s portal.

While the claim is out

Nobody chases it. It waits until someone has time, and the filing limit gets closer.

We follow up every open claim, oldest and largest first.

After the insurer answers

Denials sit unread, and deposits are never checked against what the insurer said it paid.

We read each denial and record its reason, and match each deposit to its payment.

Why practices switch

Software finds it. Someone still has to do it.

Software on its own

  • It shows you what’s wrong.
  • Your front desk still has to fix it.
  • The list gets worked between patients, or not at all.

One in-house biller

  • Good at the work.
  • When they’re away, or they leave, it stops.
  • You’re never quite sure what was done.

With AiO

  • Our team does the work.
  • You see what was done on every claim.
  • It doesn’t stop when one person is away.
How AiO works

How we keep your data safe →
Your final say

Prepared by AiO. Approved by your practice.

Sure matches go through on their own. A write-off or a doubtful match always waits for a person, with the reason written down.

Sure matches only

Only sure matches between a deposit and a payment go through on their own. Doubtful ones wait for a person to decide.

Write-offs by a person

A write-off is flagged by the software and made by a person, with a reason you can read.

A follow-up order you can check

Each claim’s rank in the follow-up order shows its reasons and their weights: age, amount, and what is still open.

Plain answers

What owners ask us first.

What do you need from our practice-management system?

Only the reports it already produces, sent to us on a schedule. Nothing is installed on your server, nothing is connected to it, and there’s no database password to hand over.

Can you share results from other practices?

We don’t quote other practices’ numbers. On a demo we show you exactly how RevenueOS and our team would work yours.

Who works on our claims?

A named billing team, through logins your practice controls and can switch off, and only after you’ve signed our business associate agreement. We’re glad to walk you through the team on the call.

Do you work with Medicaid claims?

Tell us on the call. Some state Medicaid programs set rules on who may work their claims, and we check yours before we start.

How is it priced?

One flat monthly fee per location, for the software and the team together, never a share of your collections. We quote once we know your locations and claim volume.
